Terms of Use
Last updated: July 4, 2026
By installing or using the TabEye Chrome extension ("the extension") or this website, you agree to these terms.
1. What TabEye does
TabEye lets you watch browser tabs you choose for content changes and alerts you through an on-page overlay, sound, Discord or Telegram. It is a personal productivity tool.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use TabEye only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of any website you watch and of any service you connect (such as Discord or Telegram). You are responsible for:
- The pages you choose to watch and the check frequency you set.
- Any credentials you enter, including Discord webhook addresses and Telegram bot tokens.
- Any custom scripts you write and run.
- Respecting the watched sites' terms of service and automation policies. Do not use TabEye to overload a site, scrape it abusively or get around access controls.
3. Custom scripts
TabEye can run scripts that you author against your own monitors. You are solely responsible for the behavior and consequences of scripts you create.
4. Third party services
Alert channels such as Discord and Telegram are independent services with their own terms and policies. TabEye is not affiliated with them, and their availability is outside TabEye's control.
5. No warranty
The extension and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Change detection and alert delivery are best effort and may be delayed, missed or duplicated. Do not rely on TabEye for time critical, safety critical or financial decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of TabEye is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the extension or this website.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
